Low-fat hummus

  • 225g cooked or tinned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 50g fat-free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp crushed or minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 50 ml fresh lemon juice

Blend in a food processor until smooth.
